Seems I've been able to increase my air flow and save money too. ;D
Mod to the PT? , nope the mod is actually to pttom....
And this my silly way of announcing that after 35 years of smoking, I quit.
Haven't had a cigarette in a month! Go Me! ;D

Great Tom. Hang in there and you can make it. Not only have you increased your air flow and save money, you may have increaded time to your lifespan to attend more PT events.

Way to go Tom! Hang in there. I quit "cold" 4 years ago. Haven't looked back, except to try to remember what it was like. One day, one hour at a time.

Go for it buddy.
As one who has smoked since I was 12 (you do the math) even I have lately had thoughts of trying to quit "one more time"....I've tried all the aids....now I'm down to cold turkey or forget it.
