Well Done!!! Keep up the good work of Non Smoking. I smoked for about 18 years and quit cold, 7 years ago.

17 january 1993 taking the wife to dinner and burned a hole in my shirt with the hot ashes.Threw them out the car window on I40 going up Old fort Mountain.Rest is history
