Looks like I don't have to work the weekend so I'll be there Saturday morning. I'm staying at my parents Friday night about 45 minutes away and will drive in to the hotel at 8:45 and look for everyone. Shouldn't be too hard to find a group of PT's ;D

We're taking I-85 south to 321 in Gastonia to I-40 and leaving around noon.
Be careful going that way. Obama is flying into Asheville on Friday and lots of roads will be closed. He's spending the night too so lots of closures and blacked out windowed, black Suburbans will be around.

Those of you coming from I-40 West the hotel is at Exit 65, about 1/2 mile off the exit ramp on the right. Those coming from I-40 East it's Exit 64, I think it's a left at the end of the exit ramp, go down a couple of stoplights and turn right on Hwy 70. Hotel is about a mile down on the left. Had a service call at lake james today and on the way back to hickory what did i see? 3 PTs heading up I40, one in the middle was teal with a trailer ;D

Sure wish we could be there Saturday. I have to work at the Vets from 8a-12p and then on to our Rabies Clinic in the afternoon at the Fair Grounds. Roger has a fund raiser golf tournament for our local DAV. Hope everyone has a great time! Don't shop too much!

We had a great time. It's been a while since I've been able to get to a show, so was glad to be able to make it. My daughter Faith ( the 4 foot kid ) enjoyed walking around talking to everyone too. Am really suprised the rain held out. We left about 2:15 and 5 minutes up the road it started to rain. Hope everyone else stayed dry.

Good seeing you again Mike, it has been awhile. Just as a few were leaving and the rest of us packing up, it started drizzling. Now it has settled into a good steady rain.

Made it home safely about 8PM. Had a great time. Enjoyed the fellowship. Thanks Becky and Carroll and all who made us feel so welcome. We were in rain all the way home. The first trip in the PT really supprised me. 4 1/2 hours each way and no fatigue! I'll put our pics on the site if I can figure out how. Otherwise, email to those whose email I have.
