If anyone needs the place in Denver, NC where Rick had his Timing Belt Etc. Done let me know. I have had two done on two PT's and have all my Major (can't do it myself) work done there. I had mine done on Flames last year at 83K for $712. Belt wasn't broken, just was at the mark and had the Money.

Bringing up an old thread, but I had my 2005 PT in for a tune up, brakes which BTW needed new rotors, coolant flush, transmission fluid change and oil and filter. Got me for $900.00 I did ask the price on changing the timing belt and the dealer quoted me $800.00 The good thing I can say is I never had any trouble at all with my PT. I have 63,000 miles on it now, but after spending $900.00 I am not looking forward to spending another $800.00. Talk about sticker shock, well repair shock is just as bad. Hey Bob... Be sure to verify that they are going to replace the other 'stuff' that needs to be replaced when they do the timing belt such as water pump, idler pulley & accessory belt. If they are charging $800 JUST to replace the timing belt then that is not so good. All that stuff should be replaced at the same time.
