Time is drawing near for the registration cutoff which is August 11th. For those who have never heard of this event, see our event details at www.carolinaptcruisers.com/brpc05.htm. This is one fine event. For those that can't take off for the whole event, do like what Susie and I are doing, meet up with them along the way and do part of it. We'll be meeting them on Friday in the Boone/Lenoir area and will finish up the tour.
This is not a show and shine but rather PT friends cruising together and enjoying the scenery and having fun. Leave the spot detailer and micro fiber towels at home.

I initially planned to do the entire cruise (even the bonus day) but my wonderful car payment crunched that deal!  I'm now doing like Rick & Susie and will meet up with everybody in Boone on Friday! It will still be 3 great days of cruisin! ;D

We will join the last 2 days of the trip if Wendy can get off that Saturday. Terrible how work gets in the way like it does. Seriously, work provides this avocation, just wish we could get the days to jive better. We hope to see all there.

Rick, although it is not a show & shine several of us were at car washes late at night and shining cars early in the morning too. I can't go somewhere without the cleaner and detailer.
Glad you and Suzie are going to be there. Becky and I are heading out Tuesday morning rolling towards the start of the Skyline drive. We had a great time doing the whole cruise last year and met many new friends. We are looking forward to it.

Susie says I carry too much detailer, micro fiber towels and stuff in the back when we go somewhere so this time I may not bring anything to clean the car. Although I might be able to hide a few towels here and there in the little cubby holes in the back. And I could pour the cologne out and fill that spray bottle with some Zaino detailer. And the hand lotion bottle could be filled with tire gloss. Hey...I'm on to something here.

That canopy will have to stay in the garage for this trip. Won't tote it around unless we're gonna be set up for a long time somewhere. Hopefully all those trees in the mountains will provide some shade....I hope...I hope.

Marcye & I are planning to join the cruise as you come through Roanoke. We do not plan on making the entire cruise to Gatlinburg.....will have to decide when we will return later. We are definitely looking forward to cruising with all of you again.
