As of today (Nov 05) around 10:15pm, the web site is down. the server is doing some sort of re-mapping and IP changes. If you understand that, more power to you. But the website is down temporarily. the alert said it would be periodic so it may happen a couple of times for short periods.

Don't know if it will go back down or not. Not sure if this is a process that will cause it to be down several times or if everything is done. Just keep trying if it is down. Thanks.
