I have a 2005 Touring White PT with 92,000 Miles. I never heard about a transmission flush (I'm still young 24) so I'm still learning. I have heard that they are good and Iv'e heard that they are bad. One post a saw while researching says that if its past 80,000 miles and had not had routine transmission flush then the transmission will suffer without all the gunk and dirt. I also heard that a full flush is bad or a partial flush is bad too. I'm so lost. I haven't had really any issues that I have known. I do need my lower control arm bushing replaced then a alignment. I believe the bushing are damaged because about 6 months ago I ran over a dead deer (night time and was blinded by other driver ) Other then that its been fine. I want my pt to last as long as possible since I'm still paying for him and I just love him so much. Or is it time to trade him in for a newer used pt?
