Here's a new one on me. My PT has been sitting in the garage for most of the summer, driven very little. Was going to get it out and exercise it a little the other day and the seats and steering wheel cover, the leather parts are covered in spotty mold. Mold?!?!?
I used a rag soaked in vinegar to wipe it down then dried it off. The mold left spots all over the leather. Do you think leather cleaner will get the spots off? Any idea what caused it to begin with? I don't want a repeat performance.

Check under the mats and see if the carpet is wet. Then check under the carpet for mold. If anything shows you have a leak from the heater core, leaking around the windshield and I don't remember if you have a sunroof but if you do the drain holes could be plugged up. Leather polish may get rid of the spots. Hope this helps.
