I have a question about the registration form, My cruiser is stock except that it has a Xenon Bruiser kit. Do I have to check the front and rear bumper boxes as well as ground effects?

Tony, you need to check all three. The ground effects box is to cover side skirts. It is broken up that way in case someone has only part of a body kit or has only replaced bumpers.
