As of today, there are 57 cars signed up for RTTB-13. And half of those cars are from NC, SC and VA. NC has 10 with SC and VA with 9 each. Two more registrations from either of them will bump NC from being number one. And FL is running a close 4th.
I believe we have a first too. We now have a registration from Kansas.
