Does anyone know where I can get some 17" Cragar Classic wheels for an 07 PT? I saw a set on a car at RTTB in '05 or '06 (I think) and I've wanted a set ever since. This car was from Florida and was cream colored with some orange on it. Rick, you might remember who it was.
He told me where he got them but I cant remember. I think it was ebay and I think it they weren't for the PT but they fit. All he had to do was shave the outside face of the brake caliper a little for clearance. Anybody got any ideas?

I do remember the Cragers and having to shave a piece off the caliper. Wouldn't have a clue where to find any. I tried the Crager website but it seems they are working on a new site it says.

Cragar does now make the SS wheels for FWD vehicles. Saw them on Summit Racings website. They are a little proud of them too. $171 each. Aluminum/chrome wheel. Would rather have the grey "eliminator" series but not available. I think that's the kind that the guy from Florida had on his. Also saw a couple of old posts on pt forums about guys who had them installed an had to shave the caliper a bit.

The new ones have lugnut covers, so they don't have the same vibe as a classic cragar wheel. The front wheel drive offset also takes away from the look in my opinion. The 5 spoke GT wheel captures a lot of the classic vibe in a modern way, but they are only 6 inches wide...

Actually I think the $171 ain't all that bad. Go to the Tire Rack and check out all the wheels they have and the price and they are suppose to be a discounter.
