I started not to put this on here as long as it's been and embarrassed that I just learned of it this week. Many of you know Tim Nantz. Turns out Tim passed away June 14, 2011. Here is a link to his obituary, still online. www.the-dispatch.com/article/20110615/OBITUARIES/306159970 Tim lived in Lexington and drove the "Black Beauty" PT. He was always a part of the "Tool Time" workshops we used to have and joined in several AutoFairs. Tim was really into photography and did a lot of weddings and portraits which is why I assumed he was not coming to many things the last couple years he was around. He was fanatical about the cleanliness of his PT and as fanatical about the dachshunds he had. Rest in peace Tim.

I am so shocked to hear this! My son Andrew and I spoke with him at one of the mod parties a while back. Sudden illness indeed. May he rest in the presence of the Lord!
Rick, thank you for posting this.

I am so saddened to hear this. I will always remember Tim from the Outer Banks cruises, the tool times, and the Blue Ridge Parkway cruise he participated in. He loved his dogs and his cameras for sure. Such a nice guy !! RIP Tim
