Stainless under hood cover

Anyone know the best way to get the shine back on a stainless steel mirror finish under the hood panel. Mine looks like hell and I really don't want to replace it.

never dull buy iit at wallyworld /little silver can works great on stainless

Thanks ROCKYMAN24 I will head to Walmart and that will hopefully put the shine back in. Do you know what dept sells it by any chance?

After you get it all shined up and buffed good, spray it with clear coat and you won't have all the hassle in the future, just make sure it is as good as you want it to look like before painting it. Good luck.

I know on the few parts that I have that are stainless and I don't get any more just for that reason and the scratching issue, when you clear coat it, it takes a little of the metal shine out of it but it is SO MUCH easier to clean up. Chrome is so much better. A big piece like that would be a little expensive. I would like to see some more pics, looks like you got a mighty nice looking PT.

Never Dull works great. It's almost like new again except for a few marks on the stainless. Not sure if I can take a buffer to it as I don't want to lose the shine. Thanks for all the help and saving me a lot of time.

If you let it sit there for a little while then use a microfiber it might get the spots out.
