Went out to eat last night and did have a drink. A double Belvedere martini with 3 jumbo blue cheese stuffed olives. So I also had my veggies, protein and calcium all at one time.

Thad...there's a couple car dealerships in the Greensboro and Winston Salem area name Flow. Extremely distant relatives. Wish we were closer, they sell BMW's and Lexus' (Lexi?).
