**Updated** Got it removed today and took some more pics with extra stuff that goes with it (same price still). Scosche FAI-3A (4 channel line convertor for if you dont have RCA connects on radio) 1.5 farad capacitor with voltage display 5 or 6 (dont remember right now though) monster cable RCA cables. These are short as i only needed to run from the convertor to amps. I had them bundled up as shown in pics so don't know if there long enough to go all the way to head unit. You can also see how i mounted everything in the tray and how i built it to lock under the rear seat handles Then sub box sits on top and fits snugly under the rear shelf (very secure this way but no need to bolt anything down) I may be interested in trades depending what you have and i could use, just let me know and we will discuss it.

Hi Xwing - Cool setup. I just finished my new system in my 03 Touring. Nothing as big as what you have, just enough to make it sound good. I was wondering if you have still have the measurments or plans from the amp rack you built. I would love to make one like it for mine. Right now I have the 2 amps and the cap mounted on a board behind the rear seats. Your enclosure would make it a much cleaner install. Thanks, Rick(new member here)

Dont really have plans. I took some paer and made a pattern for the bottom piece (use 3/4" wood as it fits tightly under the rear seat handles) i then used 2X4's for the sides. Then built up the amps to be flush with the top board.
These amps are fairly big and i had to drill holes in the sides of the 2X4 for the RCA cables to go through. If you inset the 2X4 like i did, theres plenty of room to route the wires. It may be hard to see in the pics though.
The way i planned it all out nothing was attached to the car and it wasnt needed. Once all in, the amp rack was locked in by the rear seats and the sub box was locked in place by the rear shelf.

Thanks Xwing. I should be able to figure it out from your pics. Did you have any issues with the amps overheating being mounted in the box like that? I'm running 1 Infinity Reference 475a 4 channel amp that gets pretty hot and a Kicker zx200.2 bridged mono for my sub. I thought about building my rack with a couple of small 12v fans to help keep the amps cool. Also thought about adding a little blue neon to it as my car is electric blue.

No problems with them getting to hot. The amps were raised up on rails and since the heat sinks were exposed upright they could cool enough. Fans would help them to be cooler though. For the best method, make an intake hole with fan pulling air in and then make an exhaust hole with fan pushing out on opposite ends of the rack. Most amps dont have any issues if they are mounted flat. Its when you mount them on the side or under something where the heat sinks can't do there job effectively that they get to hot. The new setup i used Alpine PDX amps that are very efficent and can even be stacked on top of each other. Ran out of room so i had to mount them on the sides as shown:
