I installed factory fog lights on our '06 and now need a dealer that can use a starscan tool to enable them in the PCM. Its a 5 minute job and dealers around here want $100+ (they say its a hour rate!)
Im not paying that and if i cant find a reasonable price i will bypass the PCM and use a relay connected to the pinout of mutifunction switch.
Anyway if anyone knows of someone let me know asap.

Talked down a dealership to $35....we will see if they hold true to their word though. I told them exactly what needs to be done and it won't take no where near the hour they quoted at first. Still had to make an appointment for Saturday.
The first starscan tool i find reasonable priced im going to buy, but still around $2,500 and up then adapters, software and cables...

How hard was it to change the lights, I bought a set and I don't know if it is because I changed front ends or what but they said I have to take the bumper and grill off. I have a PTeaser facia and grill. Doesn't seem like I should have to go to all that trouble.

Same issue I had with our 07. Bought the kit and waited on my warranty repair to turn them on for $35. Every thing runs through the computer

Well they kept their word and only charged $35. Already had the wiring figured out though if they didnt.

When I did ours, I was luck because it was prewired

Her was wired as well but i was meaning taping the pinout on the light switch and using a relay. Only thing this method would be no indicator in dash unless you can find where it taps as well. Im curious if all came prewired as i've never heard of anyone using the harness that comes with the kit.
