The last set of struts I got from the dealer were $16.50 for one side and $24.10 for the other. Parts guy said they are different and that was why the different costs.

I bought a set from Auto Zone. As far as I know they both were the same. See no reason why one would be different than the other but I could be wrong. Be sure you have a helper. That hatch gets quite heavy after about 5 minutes.

I just checked my struts. Same part number on each side. Ditto on the helper when installing, or use a broomstick to hold it open and do one side at a time.

Wow mine were both the same got them at Auto Zone but I paid like $40 a piece for them. I used Tim to hold the hatch open, instead of a Broom Stick.
