Got a message from Mike this morning. Brandy had a seizure last night and is in the Shelby hospital ICU. They think possibly the seizure may have caused a heart attack. That’s all I have right now, I'll post any updates as I hear.

As of 6:10pm, Mike says Brandy is fairly unresponsive to communicating and that they are waiting for a neurologist. Other than that, no change. I might hear from him again after he sees her around 7:45pm. At that ICU, there are limited family visiting times.

As of this afternoon [Tuesday], the prognosis is not good. Brandy is not able to respond and move. She's awake, eyes open but that's it. She has irreparable heart damage and they're not sure what to do at this point. Please keep her, Mike, Taylor and Taz in your prayers.

Tom and I went to see Brandy, Mike, Taylor and Taz this morning. When Brandy had her seizure the other day, as I mentioned, it did very serious, irreparable heart damage. They can not operate on her heart due to the recent brain and tumor surgeries and chemo. It was a hard decision for them to make, but at this point the Doctors are keeping Brandy sedated with no other real means of therapy. The Doctor is actually surprised she has made it through mid day today since the decision was made last night.

Prayers going up for the whole family. This has been a tough year for me personally, but this situation puts my own life in a better perspective.
