Hey guys,

I am looking to clean the headlights on my Cruiser. From what I understand the best way to do this is using sandpaper and a plastic coating of some sort when finished sanding.

Anyone ever done this? Got any advice?

I have used Meguiars PlastX on headlights with a small buffer pad. Tape around the painted areas of car first. Depending on how bad they are, may require mutiple applications.

When they are done, use a high quality clear coat to prevent them from yellowing back again.

It is easier to remove the headlights from car if your going to clear coat them afterwards though.
