It's official--dates are set and registration will start in November. The Blue Ridge Parkway Revisited II will be May 17, 2011 to May 20, 2011. Enjoy the awesome views and tranquility of the entire Blue Ridge Parkway. This year we are traveling north to south. Becky, Glad to hear you are putting the train ride back into the cruise. Nice outing for all the cruisers.....the cruise over to the train station ain't bad ;D

There was a lot of interest in the Parkway and the Smokies cruise at Cruise the Rockies. So, expect to see some new faces and new PTs. May see one old PT with new owners--met the couple from Minnesota who bought Tom and Becky's car.

Jim and I will be making the planning run of the Parkway cruise next week. After that, we will have the itenerary put together and will be ready for registrations. If you have any suggestions, please let us know.

Registration for the Parkway cruise is now open. Please go to haywoodptcruisers.com for registration and other info. Hotel information will be posted by December 1.

Hotels are now posted for the Parkway cruise. We have a block of 24 rooms at each hotel and reservations must be made by April 15, 2011 in order to get the discount. We have listed the hotel for Cruise the Smokies, in Gatlinburg, also. Get those registrations and reservations in. Go to www.haywoodptcruisers.com |

Correction to the Red Roof Inn (Gatlinburg) phone number. It's 865-436-6166. Website has been corrected (uh, someone put the wrong area code down).

Just made our reservations for the Parkway Cruise. Our room in Gatlinburg is only 39.95/night. Jim requested a specific room, and double/triple checked the price. The guy said it normally goes for $59.95/night.

Mystery of room at Gatlinburg solved. They made our reservations for March instead of May--that would have been a shock!! (Russell called to make their reservations and commented on our rate and that's when they said our reservation was for March). So, make sure they get ther right month/day!! Now I think we have the higher rate!!
