Trip to Charlotte and Charleston

Greetings to you all with the Carolina Cruisers. We are with the Route 66 Pt Club in Virginia.

We are going on vacation and will be in Charlotte, NC from July 3 until July 6, 2010. We are then heading to Charleston, SC until July 10, 2010.

If anyone can give us some tips or advise on what we can do, would be greatly appreciated. I am assuming that Uptown will be having fireworks on the fourth or even Matthews?

Is your club getting together over the weekend? It would be cool to have a chance to meet some of you.

Thank you very much for the reply. I am not sure if we will be able to make on Saturday or what time exactly we will be in Charlotte. It all depends on what time I get off of work on Friday and what time we can roll out of Northern Virginia.

By the way, I love your 07. I think we have the twin sibling. We have a 07 in Pastel Yellow.

Is there a show or cruise on Sunday in Uptown? I am sure there is a Fireworks display....and I some some comments posted regarding that matter...

Greetings. There is a show in downtown Charlotte but it's an open show, not just for PT's. Supposedly the location is a good one to see the fireworks downtown. Go to the calendar or newsletter on the website (link below) and check it out. I think there are a few planning on going.
