Rough Idle with A/C

I have seen a few things written about this but no clear fix suggestions.

When I turn on the A/C the car runs really rough almost like it will die. It is fine in gear and moving, but sitting at a stop sign or in neutral it gets rough. The missing reminds me of bad points or spark plugs and isn't hitting on all four.

Different people online have complained about the rough idle too with suggestions from check the fuses, to check the A/C wires, to different plugs and wires, to has to be checked by a mechanic.

Sounds like the Idle Air Controller isn't bumping the throttle up when the A/C is turned on. Have you had any work done on the car lately? Anything that may have disturbed electrical connectors?

You my need to clean the injectors & throttle body my 04 did this and that cured

I have only had the PT a month, will take a look at your recommendations. IT has been kept up well, however the AC didn't want to work when I test drove it and they got it going. I have built cars and bikes from the ground up as a hobby. I will give it a go this weekend.
