Put a slave cylinder in it back in the summer and it didn't help..... 
Put the cluch in. Should be a kit. Clutch, Pressure Plate and Bearing all assembled. Drop the tranny and take the old one out and slap the new one in. I did it in the back yard on the 2001 I used to have. One day repair. Bought the clutch assembly from rockauto.com
