I have approx. 106,000 on my '01 and figured I need to replace the timing belt before the Myrtle Beach show. I called my local dealership to get a quote they said $775.00 to change timing belt, tensioner and water pump. Is this pretty much on target with what others in our area have found?

I'm fixing to have the same thing done to mine. I have 101,500 miles on my 2001.
I've called around and getting prices between $725 at a local shop to $850 at a Chrysler dealer.
BTW...it also includes a new water pump. Everyone I got quotes from said to replace the water pump at the same time.

Thanks. Have cleaned this car more than any I've ever owned. More intense cleaning as well. But I would have not guessed yours had that many miles either.

Dealer here in Greensboro quoted around $1000. Local garage quoted me between $500-$700.
