Gas Cap

Hey,

I brought my baby home today and when I stopped to get gas I noticed they did not connect the line from the gas cap to the car. Can somebody tell me where this is connected? Is it to the door or inside where you screw the gas cap? A picture would be helpful....

I *think* mine connects to the gas door near the hinge. There should be a hole there to push the end of the retainer cord into.
