For those cruisers with 03's or 04's , when do most reccomend replacment of radiator hoses and belts ? Thanks

I would think... when you change out the coolant, as far as the hoses go.
I hear most people don't change out the belts until they have the timing belt replaced. They do all the belts then along with the water pump and belt tensioner at the same time.
