Apple City puts on a neat show. We've been to it before. Going to miss this one though. Have band practice for our concert Sunday and the Lenoir Downtown Cruise-in is Saturday night.

Tim and I had a great time. We were the only PT's there. We both took home a Top 125 Plaques. I of course forgot the camera.  They had a really good crowd there and managed to beat the rain. I was starting just as we were leaving. See you all next week at the Mopar show. |

It's the Harper Concert Band in Lenoir. Roger plays the Clarinet and I play Percussion. Our concert is today - hope we do well! There is a lot of music history in Lenoir. Here is a link to their website: www.theharperschool.org/concertband.htm |

Yeah...concert band....right! They actually spray their hair purple, spike it and they have a mock Ozzy Osbourne band with a few songs by Marilyn Manson. You should see Sherri with all her Goth makeup on, it's quite a show ! We actually had to dress up in formal attire for the concert this time! Our wild side is that we have just recently joined a Pool Tournament League. We've been playing pool after midnight for a couple of Tuesday's night now! Roger is a real pool shark!!! |
