Coil

I am looking in the PT Cruiser catalog at a coil called "Screamin' Demon Coil".

Has anyone used this or a similar coil? Is yes what is your opinion?

I think it is about time to change spark plugs and wires (51K miles) and if this coil is of any value I would change all items at the same time. Any coments on which plugs and wires are the best?

Change your plugs and wires and forget the coil. The factory coil is fine. No gains will be found in the Screamin Demon coil. In fact, some have said that they fail sooner than the stock coil from the engine heat in turbo cars, which you don't have to be concerned about. I would recommend spending your money on good wires and copper plugs. The stock wires are notoriously crap.
