Also have a issue with the passenger and driver door windows. When they are rolled about halfway down and you hit a bump they sound like they are squeaking(high pitched scratching sound, the windows are not scratched).
Have talked to one of the techs at dealer that has GT turbo and he said his does the same thing and there is a TSB about it. He did the fix on his and corrected it.
Seems that there is a situation with the window guides inside door panel. They will also get this fixed today for me hopefully.
Don't want to seem neat picking about small things like this but my warranty runs out in May of next year and I try to get all things fixed before it runs out!!!!

Thats Right get it all done under warranty cause the dealership sure isn't gonna give anything to you after that.

Spray a little silicone spray lube in the window channels and no mo squeeks, also aids the electric window motors.

Got squeaking windows fixed. Tech adjusted the track that the window sits in. Said that it may do this again after a long period so I had him tell me what to do to fix it.
He said after removing the door panel and gaining access to window mechanism that the window sits on two small clips and over time they lose their tension so what you have to do is make sure the window is seated fully into clips and apply light pressure to clips to restore tension.

Glad I can help! I like passing on fixes for things that we can do ourselves. I haven't done this on my own so I hope the directions are pretty accurate.

I have the same problems as you seem to have. I've taken it in and although they said the windows were adjusted it still does it. The sound is irritating.
