Has anyone run across your drivers seat panel breaking loose?
My husband's 2006 Rt 66 drivers seat panel has broken off and he wants to know if anyone else has had this problem and how you were able to fix it. Did the dealership help in anyway?

Which panel are you referring to? The outside panel that is on the side of the lower part of the seat?

Hi Brian:
The panel she is talking about is the panel that hold the seat adjustment switch. I told her that maybe she needs to attach a picture of the panel.

nope never had that one come loose but it's an easy fix witha good epoxy if it's all plastic parts. where the screw goes through

Thanks Rocky but there are no screws just plastic clips that broke right off.

Never heard of this happening. Probably have to order one from Chrysler or you might email Brandi Boyd on this site. She has a local source of PT parts from a junk yard close to her. Maybe she can help.

Sounds like that should be a warranty . Bad parts made by chrysler.

I think James is right. Shouldn't that be part of the bumper to bumper warranty?

we thought so too but when my husband took it to one dealer he said it wasn't. He has taken it back to where he bought it and is waiting to hear from Chrysler. I will keep everyone informed just in case it should happen to you. Thanks for all the input.

call me I found a bunch of things on wrecked PT's but no 06 pt was found I went back this morning and looked to see if the 05 might work but its different call me 704-460-7063

Thanks to everyone who replied to my problem. I wanted to let everyone know that Chrysler is fixing the seat at no charge.
