Ok, with the exception of Eibach's, who makes the best spring? overall quality and longevity. i don't want anything lower than 2" drop all the way around. i know the Progress springs drop 2" front and 2.3" rear, so that's ok. i actually found a new set of these on Ebay for $180.00 shipped.

My opinion would be either eibachs or goldlines. My dad has eibachs and ride real nice

I have the ground force springs at 1.75 rear and 1.5 front not a bad ride but a bit hard over train tracks and pot holes(when you can't miss them).

For those that have already lowered your car , other than installing the springs , did you have to do anything else ? I've noticed something I saw in the PT project book about having to cut the bump stops down . I also noticed some sites that sell a install kit with the springs ? Just curiuos what all has to be done for the do it yourselfer ? Thanks

I have Drop Zone on mine. I've had them for almost 3 years now and still love them. I have a place in Hickory do mine so I'm not sure about the cutting.

Did you ( or they ) have to re-alighn the front end after the drop ?

it's a good idea to always re-align the front end, when you tear it apart and put it back together, it may not be off by much, but just good insurancento do it. I had eibach's on my old 02 limited and yes, the guy who put them on for me, worked for a Chrysler dealer actually, did cut the bump stops the recommended amount Eibach specified. I was really pleased with Eibach's products, and after long thought and consideration, I think when the time comes to drop this, I will use them again and just pay the little extra money.

Yes. After they dropped it and was done they realigned the front.

I have Blue Lines and am most happy with them. I think out of all of the springs I have seen, the Blue Lines are probably the least radical in drop. I think it was about 1 to 1 1/4 in the front and 1 1/2 in the back if my memory serves me right. Did have to cut one nub off the stops. I have also seen the alignment shims that are for sale. I did not install those and my tire wear is just fine.

Saw some springs on E-Bay from AeroSpeed . Any body heard anything good or bad on these ? They are pretty inexpensive which often times equates to what you get , but it never hurts to ask . Thanks

Eibach by hands down is the best, i got those on my pt, didnt need no camber kit or anything, it actually rides smoother now, next i would say would be progress from what i read,
