I just got a crusher front xenon bumper and my car aint lowered but it already hit the ground over railroad tracks. I have some Eibach springs that will lower my car 1.6" f and 2.0" R anyone else lowered with same problems have problems with the bumper hitting the ground or is this common?

Remember seeing mine at the Beach? I lowered mine 2 inches front and back and its 3 inches from the road. From now on, you will have to be more careful to cross over stuff and drive into places.
I have to drive places at an angle and it helps alot. Don't ever go head-on into places from now on. You will scrape for sure if you do.

Gary's right. I have not lowered my '01 TE and even with the Xenon air dam I have to be careful. Talk to Tony (Dreamin 2) about his 1" or less front clearance(Bruiser front). Makes a difference but looks COOL!!

Actually, its not paint but vinyl stickers. I went to a vinyl decal shop here in town and asked if I could buy some scraps in yellow (cause they'd stand out more). He had a huge peice that was like 2 feet by 4 feet and sold it to me for $4. I then got a piece of paper and a crayon and did a rubbing across the letters to get them to show up on the paper. Then I used a carbon copy and traced it on the vinyl and cut it out with an exacto knife. I made them a tad bigger than the actual letters so that when I put then in the groove they would over lap and then I just pressed them down toward the edges and trimed the extra. They turned out really good. If you look really close it looks ok but standing up its awesome! Hope that helps.
I did that because I figured painting that area would be hard because it might spill it or get too much in the letters and it be buldgy. Also, yellow paint is sometimes thinner than other colors and I would have to put many layers on it.

I have the 2 inch springs with the crusher 6.0 front end, and there are places you just can`t go. Mine`s not as low as Tony`s now, but when I had the bruiser front, I souldn`t even agle it alot of places (Myrtle Beach) All I have to say is...Praise the Lowerd!!

I have a 2 inch drop front and rear and have had to repaint my badly bruised front end twice this year. I am going to drive with it off and just put it on once I arrive at a show. The second solution that I am working on is adding Air bags this will at least allow me to go higher

Air bags will usually set you back about $2000. I've looked and I keep looking because I want some on mine.
