AutoFair is now advertised as the nations largest car show. It is also the number 3 revenue event for the Charlotte area. We're involved with the car club section on Saturday. Click the link below for some details.

I'm cornfused about that posting. It says April 4 - 6, but above says April 05. Yes, my head be very thick, and my brain is made of gristle. Can you please essessessplain to me what day(s) the club will be at the track? If it's just Saturday, then sign me up! lol
Is there a cost involved? I'm quite unclear on whether my vehicle would be acceptable, I mean it is an '06 and all...

AutoFair itself runs 4 days. Massive show and swap meet inside the speedway. Car clubs show on Saturday and Sunday. And they have the option of showing only Saturday or both days. After years of being in the show, we had very few cars come back to show on Sunday so we opted to show only Saturday.
Us and about 30 other regional car clubs are there. We are assigned a spot we show. It could be on pit row, it could be under the grandstands, it could be out front. Will not know where we'll be until tonight, the car club reps are meeting in the speedway tonight.
Each club is assigned "X" number of spots. For each car you get a free parking pass for the car to get inside the speedway. And each car gets 2 free people passes.
It's a major event. Dennis Gage and "My Classic Car" have filmed there, Bill Clinton and his '68 Mustang have been there, Many other car based TV shows have filmed there.
We have been given 30 spaces. We have 31 on the list, you're 32. We may very well have some cancelations which means you move up the list.
This is truly a car lovers mecca. Anything and everything car related is there. From antiques to some of the wildest hot rods you can see. People come from all over the US, literally to this show.
Even if you are not able to participate in the show, you owe it to yourself to come to it. Afterwards we all go to some restaurant and eat, drink and be merry and everyone is invited.
Any and all PT's are welcome to join in. Bone stock to extreme custom.
