Hope this finds everyone well!! Sue and I have decided that due to the excessive heat, humidity and small registration, we are postponing the picnic until October 9th (much more tolerable weather). This is a tentative date until we can touch base and confirm with the hotel and the park that weekend is available. Once that has been confirmed, I will post another message on the forum or contact you via e-mail. If you have pre-registered and will not be able to attend that weekend, or prefer to re-register closer to that date, please let us know via e-mail (mylilcruz@aol.com or suellenscruz@aol.com) or give me a call at 205-566-1562 and we will be happy to refund your money. We hope this has not caused anyone any inconvenience, but feel like the weather is a big issue (especially after the brutal heat in St. Louis). Hopefully, by doing this, we will have a very successful event for a very worthy cause. Thanks to everyone that has pre-registered and we sincerely hope you can still join us in October!!
