I just wanted to make you aware of a car show that our club has participated in for 3 years that takes place in Wytheville, VA. Sherri & Roger Austin are planning on joining us this year. This is a really nice grassy setting in downtown Wytheville for the show. We were able 3 years ago to get a modified and stock class for PT's. If you can, join us for this show. Wytheville is at the intersection of I 77 & I 81 so it's not a bad cruise to the show for any of us. Feel free to contact me for any questions you may have. All the times, etc are on our message board in the events messages. You can access it at www.redcruiser.proboards31.com. It is a $15.00 registration the day of the show. You can also contact Austin Shirk @ 276 228 3220 or 276 228 4504. He is in charge of the car show part of the festival. The festival web site is www.wythevillefestival.org. Uh-Oh! In January of this year, we didn't have anything else on our PT calendar. We have been wanting to go to "Sweet as a Peach IV" to help support Darryl and make our first trip to Georgia. The dates for both shows are the same! ;D We think we will head south for the Georgia event and catch up with the Star City Cruisers in Richmond, Virigina next weekend for the VA State PT Cruiser show. Sorry Carrol.  We will try to make another event later on this year! Looking forward to cruising with everybody.  |

This is a great way to plug your birthday! And I see Frank can come and celebrate also. Sounds like a nice day, and I've got it on my calendar. Besides, I need to see how 2 more old men celebrate!!

OK Carolina PT'ers,
This show is coming up this weekend. Don't forget to consider joining us for the day. Our group should arrive around 10:00 am at the show site. Show normally ends around 3:00 pm so you will have plenty of time to get back for any evening cruising you have planned.
