Potentially we could do another event in Asheboro in 2005....Asheboro was the site of the 2001/2004 "Zoo Cruise" organized by myself and members of CPTC.
Please consider this an "open" thread for folks to make suggestions for an agenda (or things to do) IF the event is held.
More than likely, the NC Zoological Park will NOT be the focus at the next event.
Suggestions?

Wally, you can count Sheridan and myself in, that Zoo Cruise you put on this year was one of the best times I have had a a car show in a long time.

Wally:
I;m in no matter what we decide. There are various sits of potential interest around Asheboro--vintage aircraft/airport. Uhwarrie National Forest, etcc I'm sure we can find something. Hey--just a lot or field and PT's works just fine!

Do you think we could all go over and have lunch with Richard Petty this time? Wanda and I will be there for sure. You guys put on a heckuva shindig! I don't know the area, so can't make recommendations that way. But a poker run or scavenger hunt could work. Maybe.

Anyone wanting to head up an event team for this possible site should get in touch with Wayne Lahmeyer at Stuart-Bowman Chrysler and see if he is really interested. My (organizing) involvement in events in 2005 will be limited to the coastal areas of NC.

Wally, Debbie and I would love to come back. That event was one of the best last year. Have the show at that same dealership. This time lets go out to the Victory Junction Gang Camp.

Asheboro was fun this year and will be fun next year too. BUT, someone has to pick up where Wally left off. If I read his post correctly, he will not be on the organizing team this year. I would like to help, but it is a long haul for me so I probably would not be to all meetings.
