Very nice, enjoyed Cruizers and enjoyed seeing you all. We got home just a few minutes after 7:00 after stopping at an Ingles near Moss Lake or somewhere south/east of Shelby. We were looking for something specific. Anyway, thanks Mark & Becky for inviting us all there and picking such a "cruizing" place.

We also had a great time seeing everybody. Food was good as was the shake. Toby (our dog) was wore out though and laid on the couch for nap time as soon as we got home

Hey, you wanted the cat! lol... Had a great time, was sooo glad to see you guys again! Thanks for the invite, I had such a great time. That fried chicken is KILLER! OMG that was good. And the Rocky Road cookies were to die for! And if I hadn't had 3 gallons of free refills on sweet tea I would have made it home without three bathroom breaks...lol...
I took a ton of photos at Cruizers, but even more on the trip back. I set up the GPS for "no highways", and "unpaved roads" so it took me all back ways. Took 4.5 hours on what is normally less than a 2 hour drive. Part of the way was the BRP, and it couldn't have been a nicer day for that. Soon as I got on the BRP I put the top down. It was all of 81 degrees and just marvelous. I'll post links to my photo album as soon as I get it up.
Again, I really appreciated the invite and it was so nice to see you all again!!!! All that unemployment time has made me so thankful and grateful to have good friends like you guys.

Okay Everybody... got the photo album started. I have all the pics I took at Cruizers up and ready to view, now working on the 100 or so that I took on the drive home after the cruise-in. Not all will be posted obviously, but need to go through them and pick out some nice one's to show. Anyway, the photos can be found on my Photo Album. Click on the individual photo then you can navigate by next/previous button on the right of the photos. Feel free to leave comments! Okay, got finished with the photos from my drive home. Very beautiful. Amazing that all of the photos from my return trip were taken from my car while driving, none were set up and I was always in motion except for the last three of the parasailer. Was a beautiful trip, took 4.5 hours to get home. Check out the photos at the drive home. Couple of sample photos:

You see the yellow house on the hillside in the picture (080809DriveHome18.jpg). Do you know who used to own and live in that house? Ever heard of Shirley Temple? She grew up in that house. Not sure who owns that property now. I've had the opportunity to see the inside that house and it just amazing....
