I travel professionally and am not able to plan on short notice. I was hoping maybe some of the clubs could start posting their events sooner this year so that some of us who need lots of time to plan can.

Rick is real good at posting dates on the calendar page for us.
As soon as he gets them he will post them.

Yes, I was sort of directing that at the people who put together the shows, other than Rick. I can pretty much set my entire year's schedule for Rick's events, he's very regular...lol... that didn't sound right...hahaha

Yes, ....., he's very regular...lol... that didn't sound right...hahaha Thanks to the fiber capsules....never mind, no one wants me to go there. We do need to set up a monthly meet somewhere and do it for at least 3 months in advance. As far as cars shows and meets other than PT events, I pretty much get them on the calendar when I hear about them. I have been slack a few times. |

Its not 3 months ahead, but how about doing the same thing in Feb. we did last Feb? For whatever reasons the name of the place is slipping my mind, but that Drive In we went to on 321 there in Dallas/Gastonia.

Did we go there last Feb? My mind is a blank but we can certainly do it. It's called Tony's. The QCC had a couple meets there. They have good bologna sandwiches. Mustard, onions...yum. How about the 21st? Sat the 14th is Valentines day and Tony's ain't the place to go then.

If it wasnt Feb., then it was the very first of March. I got my car in Feb. and that was its first "outing".....
and it was a pretty small gathering that day.

Rick and Tim, I think you're talking about TOMMY'S DRIVE-IN on hwy 321 between Gastonia and Dallas. That's where QCC has been having the shows/cruise-ins. Now Tony's is a different story...but we could do that too! Tony's Ice Cream in February.... m-m-m-m-m. They also have a good bologna sandwich and good hot dogs too.

I meant Tommy's, not Tony's. been to both. Either would be cool but Tommy's on Hwy 321 is easier to get in and out of rather than dealing with downtown Gastonia.
I'm all for it. Is Saturday the 21st OK with everyone?
9:00am? Noon? 2:00pm?
