As you know the June 2 car show is fast approaching. For anyone that is coming we are meeting at the Exxon station next to Highway 321 on Startown Road. Several of the Queen City Cruiser members are meeting me there for a short caravan to the show.
The show starts at 9:00 so we will put out no later than 8:50. Its a very short ride to the show.
If you are coming north or south on 321 get off on exit 33. People going north will cut right at the top of the exit ramp and people going south will cut left at the top of the exit ramp. The station is on the right at the next intersection. Can't miss it.

Directions to the show
- Take 321 north to the Startown Road exit (exit 33)
- Take a right at the top of the ramp
- Take the next road to the right (beside the Exxon Station)
- Go a few miles and you will come to downtown Maiden
- Once you pass the last stop light downtown start looking for the big baptist church on your right
- Across from that church you will see a small old church
- Cut left on the road next to that church
- Go to the second stop sign and you will see the Recreation Center

This was a good show! Rick and I had a great time with everyone that came out. Great old cars and great new cars. We had 8 cruisers. Dwight Lawing and Mike Wright won in the TOP 25. Congrats to them!! Thanks Dwight for including us in your 1st show, hope you have many more!! Rick & Susie Flow  |

Thanks Dwight for a great show. We had a good time getting to see everyone that came out. There were some impressive cars that showed up and some not so impressive but us pt cruisers won't hold that against them! HA HA HA HA! But really, a great time and I hope your church was able to raise plenty of money. By the way, when you find out, can you post how much money they ended up raising?. Thanks again for inviting us and hope to see you again soon.

Well I would like to think everyone for coming out to the show this past Saturday. The church was very pleased with the number of cars that we had considering it was our first show.
We raised a total of $3,000.00 between registrations, raffle tickets, and food.
Look forward to seeing you there next year.
