John, YES I got it and I'm so glad you and Nancy can make it. A Little Update On The Event... Cruizin routes are being finalized by our route specialist Roger. There will be dash plaques. There will be goodie bags. Hopefully there will be 'goodies' to go in the bags ;D Becky...there will be bridges but you'll be OK There will be a Thursday evening get together for early arrivals. There are still some folks that have booked their room but did not register to me for the event. You must click on "SUBMIT FORM" in order for me to get your info. There are still out of town folks who have registered but have not booked their room. If you are staying at the host hotel you only have until Nov 7th to book your room As long as it's not that *&%$* bridge that goes over to Mt. Pleasant then I'll be okay. Looking forward to seeing everybody! Becky ;D

The old NARROW 'Cooper River' bridge has been replaced by the new WIDE 'Ravenel' bridge. It's unbelievable now. When you go over it you think you're on the interstate. You won't even realize you're on a bridge...trust me

UPDATE On Restaurant Reservations:
Friday evening dinner buffet at Bessinger's BBQ still set for 5pm.
Saturday evening waterfront dining at California Dreaming will now be at 3:45pm instead of 5pm. Lots of other groups coming in that night and with our LARGE group 3:45pm would work out better for us. That means after dinner we will have time to cruiz to the 'Edge Of America' which will be explained later ;D
Sunday morning breakfast at Cracker Barrel will be at 8:30am instead of 9:00am. This will probably be better for most people anyway allowing them to get on the road earlier.

ANOTHER Update Concerning Early Arrivals On Thursday...
We have a place called 'SPORTZ Cafe' set up for us at 6pm Thursday the 7th for anyone that may want to join us. They have a private upstairs room that is ours to use that evening.
So we will plan on leaving the host hotel parking lot at 6pm to go over to SPORTZ Cafe which is only about 1/2 mile from the hotel. If anyone can make it we would love to have you join us ;D

Just let me know what day that bridge is on the schedule so I can "sit-it-out"... Miss B don't do heights.

Another Update...There will be name badges for all to wear. We mainly need to wear them PLEASE when we are feeding our tummys at all the restaurants or when we're gathered around as a group. We don't need to wear them when we're walking around downtown Charleston unless you really want to. We will be tourists but we don't want to look like tourists ;D Also Saturday evening after dinner, cruizin to world famous Folly Beach, and seeing the lights at Park Circle we will have a short and sweet 'drop-in' at one of our club members homes which is right there close to Park Circle before heading back to the hotel. Just drinks and light snacks...and good time to wear your name badge. This will be at Jim & Missy Johnson's home. Missy is who designed our club logo. This will probably be the best time and place to have our giveaways. Oh YES we will have giveaways...afterall it is Christmas

Bridge...bridge...what bridge....I am the Fraidy Cat of all times when it comes to bridges!!! Becky can attest to that...mountain passes and bridges scare the living hoo haa out of me, but still can't wait for the Charleston experience. See you all in a few weeks!! Tom, please let me know if I can contribute to the "giveaways"...
