The numbers are going up.... here's what I have as of today's mail run: Ohio = 8 Tennessee = 6 South Carolina = 6 North Carolina = 5 Virginia = 5 Alabama = 2 Georgia = 1 Florida = 1 Pennsylvania = 1 New Jersey = 1 Oklahoma = 1 California = 1 Nevada = 1 Indiana = 1 TOTAL = 40 PT'S Registrations must be postmarked by Saturday, April 15th. Will we hit 50? |

We plan on leaving Greensboro on Thursday to the Smokies. Let me know what time you might be in this area and we can start a caravan to Gatlinburg.

Dummy Me! I forgot all about them having an Apple Barn restaurant right there in Gatlinburg. All I was thinking about was the one in Pigeon Forge (actually in Sevierville) because that's the only one I've ever been to. So anyway...I will set it up for the one in Gatlinburg because that will be much closer and quicker. It's located at traffic light #10. In fact we can do it at 7:00pm if we go to that one. Sir Tom of North Charleston, Is this all worked out yet? You might want to reconsider and make it 7:30 for dinner Friday night. It's almost an hour drive to Cade's Cove and if folks want to walk around and take pictures we would barely make it back by 7:00.... It's your call! Just let me know what you decide (7:00 or 7:30) and I'll add it to the Agenda. The Princess  |

I noticed a lot of folks are coming on Thursday. I'm setting up dinner at the Old Mill Restaurant in Pigeon Forge for 7:00 PM. If any of you want to join me and Linda & Bill (PT Boutique), please post here or send me an email so I can get a head count.

What a GREAT idea for us Thursday night that you came up with.
Debbie & I will definitely go with you guys to the Old Mill.

OK Becky, here's the deal with Apple Barn for Friday night... We are reserved at the main 'Farmhouse' restaurant www.applewoodfarmhouserestaurant.com/home.htmlfor Friday night at 7:30pm which is the one in Sevierville. They have an excellent 'group' menu to choose from with LOTS of choices and the best thing is it will be a flat $17.10 per person that INCLUDES tax AND gratuity. That's a great price for the amount of food you get there. This location also has a HUGE parking lot for us. The one in Gatlinburg was not available that night for a group our size. Right now I told her to expect at least 50 people. The room that we will have holds 70. All that are going will have to pay me up front because in order to book a group that large ONLY one person is responsible for the bill..............which is me So sometime that Friday I will collect $17.10 from everyone that wants to go so that's no big deal. With traffic on Friday night we should expect about 30 minutes to get there from Gatlinburg. We can also go over some easy directions because we will probably get split up along the way with our caravan. So there you have it folks. We now have two great places to eat on Thursday & Friday nights. |

Sounds great! I can put maps in everyone's packet that they recieve at sign-in. I can also put up a table at sign-in for folks to sign-up & pay for dinner.... you're welcome to "man" that table. Just let me know what you think. Sign-in & Hospitality will be open from 10:00 to 3:00. I'll work with you on it, just let me know what you think.
