I may not make this afterall. Just found out this week I am having a second surgery on Monday 11/22 for a nodule on my Thyroid they think might be Cancer. I have been told I might feel up to it by next Saturday but It will be a wait and see thing. Thoughts and Prayers that this nodule is benign are always accepted.  Hope to be cruising soon. Anne |

Anne, our thoughts will be with you on Monday. Does anyone have an update on the parade? Is there going to be several PT's participating in the parade? Marcye & I will be in Charlotte for Thanksgiving and could possibly join you on our way back to Roanoke on Saturday. Any info would be appreciated.

We would love to meet up with you if possible. We will be leaving Charlotte around noon heading up I 77. I am not sure how you will plan your trip, but if we can meet up, let's do it!!! If you are going I 40, I 77, we can meet at an exit off I 77 and find our way from there.

Carrol....meet up with me if you like. It's a heck of a lot shorter to get to Maiden via Gastonia and Hwy 321 than to go through Greensboro to get there.

I would not be going thru Greensboro. Marcye and I will be in Charlotte from Thursday until Saturday. I was thinking that Richard could meet up with us at that location. Maybe we can all cruise to Maiden together if the timing is right. I will "free up" around noon to head out of Charlotte. I have your home and cell # so I can call you Friday. Maybe we can all work something out. I will have my cell phone on Saturday morning and I believe you have that number.

At this point, I'm only aware of three coming from the Charlotte area. Carroll and Marcye from Roanoke will be in town and coming with us as will Tom & Lois.

 Well Folks looks like we won't be able to make this parade. Chris's sister is coming in from Fla for Turkey day and will be here till Late Sat afternoon before going back SOOOOOOOO we're here not there ,hate to miss it but we hopefully will make next weeks PT dinner.
