Folks, we just 3 weeks away from CRUISING THE PIG II, so far we have a total of 22 cars and 54 people signed up!
Tony & Wally, some of the last sign-ups are Coastal folks, thanks for helping get the word out!
We still have some folks that have mentioned coming but haven't signed up yet, like John Gray and Mike & Annie Wright, so if you hear from these folks, please remind them to sign-up if they're planning to come.
Anyone heard from Tony or Petey Hackney? I know they've been kinda MIA from PT stuff lately, but.....
Come on folks, we'd really like to make this bigger and better than last year, so encourage your PT buds that haven't signed up yet to do so! Remember you need to be signed up by Sept 17th so we can get a good count for food!
Here's the place! tom.ptenthusiasts.net/about.html
Thanks, Tom

Tom: Do you have a table that you cut the BBQ on, if you do what size is the surface that you use to cut on. I am with a plastic company and we have the UHMW cutting board that is used for that. I might can cut you a piece and bring up for you. Let me know!!!

David For our pig-picking, I simply cut the meat enough to mix and sauce it in the pig itself, it's a real pig-picking! ;D For some others I do for the church, we do cut the meat and one of the guys usually brings a couple of cutting boards. Now having said that, I'd love to give the board a good "test-drive". Thank you so much for you kind offer! Tom
