Ya know, it's really not too early to think about the next one.......
Give me some feedback, earlier in the year, about the same time, etc.
And in the vein of PT events, Do you think we need a "snappy" name for it. Maybe PT Family Pig-Picking just dosen't cut it........
How about "Return to the Rib II, The Last Bite".
Or, maybe "Cruising the Hog" ;D

I say we have the 2 state meet & greet at your house and do the pig picking monthly! ;D
An annual pig picking sounds like a great idea. You know something like this could easily be expanded to include not just the Carolina PT'ers. And I think it's unique, I don't recall seeing any other pig pickings on any events list or forum.

OK, how about "Cruisin to the Cooker" or if it is at your place again the "Bahama Blast" or Return of the Pig Pickin. I am sure there are many ideas much better, but the bottom line is "Great News!! A 2004 Pig Pickin will be held. ;D ;D

 Glad to hear that we'll all be gathering again to have the great Pig Pickin. As for the name well that could be many things but how about a contest name the event and win something yet to be detrimined.Hows that sound folks? My idea is "Porkies PT's Revenge"
