Got up before dawn, took pictures of the snowy village my wife puts up every year and started the pot of coffee. Enjoyed watching the day come alive.

hi guys, made it home for christmas yesterday (wed...2009/12/23) around 9pm. it sure is nice to be home and see the family! but i just wanted to wish everyone a very merry christmas! i'll be in til sunday then have to report in back at camp lejune on monday (2009/12/29) then i'll be back home til the the next sunday (2010/01/03). but hope everyone is doing well! and hope we can find a way to see everyone while i'm home, it sure would be nice!

here's a lil info on my deployment schedule sofar as far as the info that i know:

well im heading to afghanastan this summer. as of right now my deployment date for me to arrive in country in afghan. is set to be early june at the earliest. there's not much info being passed down to us as of the moment. but i'll keep everyone updated on what i can that isnt restricted info as much as i can! but hope this lets everyone have somewhat of a time frame as to how much longer i'll be in the states! i prob. wont make it back in time for anything for the rest of the year, we're expected to stay in country over there for 5 - 7 months, the earliest i'll return home is for christmas which hopefully i'll be back in time to celebrate with everyone. thanx for all your support but i'll hope to hear from everyone soon and see yall soon too!
